HSBC and many others are increasingly recognizing talents, experiences, and qualifications from internal and external sources to find the best fit for available positions rather than merely going into the external candidate pool when seeking to uncover talent.

c) Selection, Interviewing, Fit, Onboard, Hire: Recruiting and assessment features
d) Measure, Develop, Grow, Reward: Performance and development features
External hiring is not only expensive and challenging, but if the organization is "leaking employees," it will never be able to hire quickly enough.
Talent Acquisition research also shows that employment brand, reputation, and a company's purpose and mission are more important than ever. Companies upgrade employee experience (EX) initiatives to be more growth-oriented, inclusive, and supportive. Companies like McDonald's can now recruit candidates entirely through mobile devices, without even using an ATS. This is now crucial in a world where the economy is expanding far more quickly than the labour market.
